My husband & I decided to come to this place on a Thursday night (730ish) mostly to avoid the weekend 'rush'. We were not seated right away and there were PLENTY of open tables available. We waited at the bar and we weren't even noticed until maybe 5 minutes later. Got 2 beers to ease out the wait which set us back almost 10 bucks. After about 20 minutes we are seated under the canopy area looking over the harbor but on the upper deck. Chairs were uncomfortable. Waiter was terrible as well. It was very loud, with lots of shouting and talking and not to mention crying kids. (who takes their kids to a rest. like this? - I wouldn't exactly say it was kid friendly!!) I ordered the mooring scampi and my husband reluctantly ordered an open faced turkey sandwich (I am the seafood lover). I decided to try lobster again since my first time 12 years ago. Our food arrives about 25 minutes later and Im not a chef or anything but I dont think it even takes 15 minutes to cook SEAFOOD. My plate was $36 and it consisted of a bunch of scallop fillers...2 pieces of shrimp and a raggedy looking lobster tail. Maybe 2 out of 10 scallops were cooked decently, the rest were mushy and undercooked. My TWO PIECES of shrimp were OVERCOOKED and rubbery! The lobster was chewy and overcooked. Our waiter was slow and we seemed rush just to get out of there, requesting our bill AND paying WHILE eating.\r

I would probably give it another try alone, later in the winter months and probably right as it opens in the day. But for now, it gets 1 star. I was disappointed.
Pros: View
Cons: Still paid for parking @ 930p in a public lot, noisy, slow service
