They actually stole my money. I paid $385 for a simple bathtub stopper replacement. When I received the invoice I sent a check. For the next month I was told they had not received my check. Finally, I gave them my credit card number. One week later they cashed my check. Now they won't return my calls. more

This company was the company my home mortgage company assigned ing repair my leaking sink. When the appointment was orginally scheduled, I was told they would be here between 8-10 am. At 1040 when there was no call/ no show I called and was told by the lady on the phone they would take my cell phone number and call when they were coming that day as they were behind. At 5pm with no call no show I called again and got voice mail. My home warranty company also called and faxed them with no return call ever recieved for Moore's. I never recieved a call to say they weren't comming nor was I called the next business to apologize. I now lost of day and must take another day off for the same repair. Horrible customer service and I hope they get taken off the Home Warranty List as an approved plumber. Pros: Good Excuse to take Mulitple Days off a Work Cons: Wasting Vacation time more
