I brought my Silverado to Moore because LG Chevrolet was abandoned, a sign outside Moore Buick GMC welcomed me in and I was tired of the crappy service at Courtesy. My silverado had been acting up and the service staff were friendly and willing to take on the challenge. I believe my service advisor was Carl Converse...how could one forget the last name of a favorite shoe brand...anyhow...They couldn't replicate the problem (have you heard that before) but....they snapped in a little device and said, ""when it happens again...push this button."" So off I went with just a bit of uncertainty. Alas, the problem occurred again and I pushed the button as told. I took the Silverado back and the truck was wisked away. A bit later a phone call to me with the diagnosis...a bad throttle body...it's gonna cost you...nothing! Howdy doody! Looks like my warranty covered the operation and I was very thankful for the service, personal attention and Chevrolet's warranty. Oh! Because it was warranty covered, Moore arranged a rental car for me. Wow....coolio. The folks washed the Silverado prior to return and I was one happy customer. I really appreciated the good communication while the truck was being diagnosed and the effort put in to solve the problem. I can't comment on the waiting area but with so many nearby coffee houses, restaurants and shopping centers nearby, one could drop off a vehicle and grab eats or shop for a bit if the service is minor or catch a bus, ride a bike or rent a car near by.
