I am transferring to a different district and will deffinatelty recommend them as I hear lots of complaints about the guards at other loctions. more

You can trust them 3/7/2012

They do our guard service. They are freindly and professional. We had guys before that wore ugly jumsuits and they looked like prison guards. These guys look sharp. They wear ties and and have a sharp looking uniform. We have never had any problems with them. We have had some really bad security guards in the past so Kudos to these guys.....Jeff, Charles, Henry, Mike....and anyone I forgot! more

Best Security Co in Sacramento :) 2/14/2012

I was compelled to leave this review after seeing the negative one posted here. I know this lady and she is not a customer, she is an employee who was terminated for theft. I work at a local grocery chain and caught her stealing from us. We use Monument Security for both our uniformed guards and undercover shopliter detention agents. I had them deal with her and she is obviously retaliating now. She put posts about me on the internet under the same name. Anyway, this is a great company, very well trained and professional. I would highly recommend them. more

Very disappointing company to work with! 2/1/2012

It is frustrating when you put your faith in a companies services only to be badly disappointed with the end result. This family owned business makes a lot of promises about support and commitment, but was unable, or unwilling to follow through with the agreements that were made. It is disturbing how they avoid putting their plans in writing. they appear to be out of their league in comparison to the large security companies that are available locally. I would recommend any consumers go to any one of the bigger companies for services based on my experience. more
