Not only did they not balance my tires the first time (anytime I went over 60MPH, the car shook so bad I could barely keep my hands on the wheel), when I went back to get this problem corrected I later noticed they put one of the tires on BACKWARDS! There was a label on the tires that clearly said "inside" that was not facing inside on one of the tires. The tires were directional with tread that should conduct water to the outside of the car but the way these people put this one on, even after I had to come in TWO times, directed the water under the car. The customer service was terrible too. Only one person could check me out and since he left to go to the bank, I had to sit in the lobby for fifteen minutes waiting for him to return. They made me leave my car overnight both times, even after I was forced to come back the second time for them to fix their mistake. On the plus side, Monro Corporate Headquarters was very prompt in fixing this mistake.
