I went in for $99.99 brakes forever... I walked out w/ $494 brake job for only 1 axle...yes only rears, not whole car. Price and acts like he is saving you money off the grossed...

I went in for $99.99 brakes forever... I walked out w/ $494 brake job for only 1 axle...yes only rears, not whole car. Price and acts like he is saving you money off the grossed up price but I say shop around. Firestone is cheaper as is you dealer and local repair shop. work is good but isn't cheap!!!!! I had brakes flushed, roters & pads...but $500 is still way too expensive....\r \r Shop around and price out jobs before getting work done. more

Oops there's an extra part 10/3/2005

A friend of a friend said, Hey come down and get your brakes done at a good friends of mines shop. Well when they were done they had extra parts in a box and handed them to me. Never again. PROS: I got to drive my car home CONS: I got to drive my car home more

Not a good place for your Car Care 9/4/2005

Well, I've been there twice. The first time, my honda's brake had some noise. Took the car there, after examine the car, they said they couldn't fix it and asked to take the car somewhere else. The second time I took the car there just for replacing the pads. They tried to convince me to change both front and back rotors as well. I said no, they still tried to push me for a $30 front brake cleaning job. If I just had my front brake pads replaced at the dealer, it would only cost me $99. They are charging me $179, almost double the dealer charge. I will never take my car there again. PROS: Nothing CONS: Try to rip customer off more
