Well, I've been there twice. The first time, my honda's brake had some noise. Took the car there, after examine the car, they said they couldn't fix it and asked to take the car somewhere else. The second time I took the car there just for replacing the pads. They tried to convince me to change both front and back rotors as well. I said no, they still tried to push me for a $30 front brake cleaning job. If I just had my front brake pads replaced at the dealer, it would only cost me $99. They are charging me $179, almost double the dealer charge. I will never take my car there again.
