Mondragon Mcgrinder Medical

I don't know where those last reviews came from, but I am here to be positive. I have been going to this practice since I moved into the area back almost 13 years ago, and I have had nothing but good experiences. I have been seeing Dr. McGrinder since my daughter was born about 11 years ago. He is very personable and understanding and never rushes an appt no matter how many questions I may have. I have always trusted and valued his opinions and would never think of leaving. I have also had an appt with Dr Mondragon, and she made me feel comfortable right away. I am also happy with the staff at the office. I actually just got off the phone with a someone at the office and she was happy to help me with a perscription issue I am having. They definetly have a THUMBS up from me!!! more

I completely agree with the other reviewer. I also see Bonita Hermans and she is wonderful!! However, the majority of the office staffs attitude is terrible. I am surprised that they even still have jobs. Dr. Gerard McGrinder also can have an attitude. He was so frustrated at the patient before me that he took it out on me. He was extremely rough, and even flung my perscriptions at me from his desk!! Very unprofessional!! If Bonita wasn't there I would never visit this practice again. She makes dealing with rude office staff worth it. more

Been going for 20 years plus. Bonita Hermans is wonderful but I am starting to wonder if this place goes out of their way to hire exceptionally rude office staff. It's almost as if they (some of them) will go out of their way to condescend the patient. It's getting worse everytime I go. I find myself asking: ""Why am I paying for someone to be rude to me for no reason"". I've begun my search for a better practice. more
