Best Dental Office ever! Dr. Skousen is a perfectionist. I've always been extremely happy with his work. I was misinformed about what my insurance would cover- and I ended up owing a lot more then anticipated. I called them, had a nice polite conversation and then they waved all extra charges! I'll definitely be back. more

DO NOT GO HERE!. I've been working with the billing office for 10 months trying to get them to bill my insurance company and they wont.... Just keep sending me bills. The dentist is OK but the hassle of working with their office staff is just not worth it! more

The staff is VERY friendly 9/27/2011

The staff at Monarch Dental is VERY friendly and VERY helpful. They never seemed rushed when I ask them questions and have always been very willing to answer whatever I may ask. They are also right on time with me. I always bring a book to read while I wait and I've never even opened it. I am VERY impressed with the friendliness and efficiency of this office. Thank you. more
