I had a wonderful experience at the Monarch Dental in Carrollton. I called, and they were able to get me in on the same day. I found the front office staff to be very pleasant, friendly and helpful. \r Dr Narayan and the hygienist & dental assistants were great. They made me feel right at home, and talked me through the entire process. I would highly recommend going to this dental office. They treat you like you are family!! more

Office manager rude and unwilling to help a potential new patient understand fees before wasting time with appointments and taking your money. Specifically said ""I am not going to do additional work just to confirm your benefits when we don't even know you."" I am glad i found this out early before trusting them with my teeth. I would not recommend this office for the pure lack of customer service and willing to be helpful. more

MIsleading quotes 4/3/2012

I was given misleading insurance quote that my insurance would cover 60% and I have to pay 40%. So I got the procedure done and paid 1000 dollars. Now they come back and say insurance did not pay their share completely and i have to pay another 400$. How can they give one estimate when they donot even know how much insurance would cover for a patient and perform the procedure.... this is completely misleading and ripping off patients when they are in pain... more

I found the entire staff to be personable and professional. The front desk ran smooth and each of the medical staff supporting the dentists were likewise friendly and competent. I was referred to Dr. Sandya Narayan by a former patient of hers and I have been extremely impressed. Not only by her professional skills, but also by the way in which she and each member of the staff made me feel as if I was the only patient they were seeing on the day of my visit. The entire experience was in stark contrast to that of other dentists I've frequented in the past. I have honestly found my visits enjoyable. more

I recommend you 1/2/2012

My experience was not at all what I expected, I had used a dentist for 25 years and when my insurance changed and I went in to a the DMO I was concerned that the personal feel would be lost. This is not the case I would recommend your practice to anyone. more

Very happy 12/28/2011

I am very happy with the service I received from the staff at Monarch Dental. They are all very accommodating and sensitive to my dental needs. I previously went to another dentists office and had such terrible service that I didn't go to the dentist for 3 years until I had to. I went to Monarch during the holidays and they fit me in. I have never left an appointment feeling disappointed. Thank you to Dr Narayan, Victor and Crystal. more
