The receptionist walked me thru the payment options I had which made me feel really good knowing I qualified for in house payments and can get the rest of my dental work done with no worries This is exactly what I wanted a good dentist and that would work with the finances. I was seen very quickly. more

Very pleasant 11/29/2011

They were very accommodating to me and my family. We live 1 1/2 hrs from the facility and they were able to schedule all 3 of us to make it easier for us. They were willing to work with me on the finance end of it if needed and were very pleasant when we were in the office. more

I've had a fear of going to the dentist for years after a bad experience with a dentist in another city. My husband recommended I go to Monarch. I really appreciated the friendly welcome last week when I arrived for my appointment last week, and was very pleased that the techs and the dentist put me at my ease. Gum therapy was provided by Autumn today, who is very professional, congenial, and patient. I'll be a regular at Monarch just has my husband more
