My experience with Monarch Dental was horrible. I was treated very badly by the female dentist. She was rude and ugly and in such a hurry to do my root canal that she botched it...

DO NOT GO HERE! I went in to get my teeth cleaned. I was told I needed $870 of work after insurance. I told them I could not do that now, but would like my teeth cleaned in the meantime. I asked for what my insurance paid for. They refused to do the work!!! It was do all of the work or nothing. more

This is a very professional yet highly personable office. Jackie from the front office has gone out of her way to accommodate my hetic travel schedule. Dr. Tootsie is very professional and competent in his work. He is always present with a smile and cheerful hello. more

I was once terrified of the dentist because I had a bad experience as a child. Dr. Toosie changed all of that. He earned my trust and I know if he breaks anything he knows how to fix it. He is outstanding, friendly, and patient. more

Dr. Toosi is great at what he does, he has a great attitude. The staff is very helpful and kind. The office was flexible even when I had to change my schedule, and they always reminded me for my appointments. My teeth are getting healthier! I am glad I went to this office more

Horrible bedside manner and big ripoff 2/22/2012

My experience with Monarch Dental was horrible. I was treated very badly by the female dentist. She was rude and ugly and in such a hurry to do my root canal that she botched it. Now I have to have another dentist redo it. So, they took my $800, treated me like crap, and didn't even do the job right. These guys are con artists and a huge ripoff. more

The doctors at Monarch Dental were very friendly when I visited, which helped me to stay calm in the dentist chair, even though I didn't know what was wrong with my teeth. They explained very clearly what they were doing to get a look at my mouth, and what would have to happen should I make a follow up visit. more

POOR SERVICES!!!!!!!!!!!!! 4/25/2008

I have been to many dentist in my life but this has got to be the worst . Me and my daughter were there 3 hrs with no cleaning for evaluation and then my daughter did not even get her full evaluation because the 2 hygienists had gone to lunch. We were not told when I made the appointments that there would be no cleaning. The dentist then told me that I would need to have all my fillings and crowns replaced. Then they wanted to charge me $2800 worth of work that really does not need to be done. When the hygienists probed by teeth she said it should be a regular cleaning and then the dentist changed her probe number to make it a extensive cleaning, which I have never had in 50 years. more

This local dentistry office is okay. I am not overly impressed with the whole chain of offices as they have begun a monopoly on overcharging the patient. more
