I felt like a burden the second I walked in the door. The x-ray tech couldn't seem to get my x-rays to come out anything but blank, so this alone prolonged my visit my a good 45 minutes-mind you that I was in extreme pain this entire time. They got my insurance information all confused and were trying to tell me barely anything was covered when I know better. The surgeons office told me flat-out that most dental offices will call me back and give me the x-rays with no problem..but Monarch for some reason always gives the patients a hard time. I wish I had never wasted my time. I could have already had my wisdom teeth out and been on my way to recovery.
