Molly Maid

I really like working with companies that go above and beyond and my experience with Molly Maid in Woodland Hills was that from July of 2009 to June of 2010 these guys were great. When it came time for me to ask them to give me account history and a bunch of out of the ordinary requests they did so without blinking and asking nothing in return. I thought they were always polite and worth every penny. I have gone with less expensive cleaning companies in the past and I found that you always get what you pay for. My house was well kept and I trusted the ladies that came by. Trust is the most important piece for me. more

This particular location has by far the WORST customer service of all time!!!! If you are smart you will NEVER EVER use their maid service. First, I received pricing from the Burbank location and was prepared to book when they informed me that I was out of their territory. I then called the Woodland Hills location (big mistake) to book for the same service. I was then informed that because Molly Maids is franchised the Woodland Hills location can increase their price to whatever they like. So they have chosen to RIP US OFF. In Burbank they charge $68 for a spring cleaning and Woodland Hills screws the customer by charging $75 for the exact same service! Spoke to the owner and she gave me no reason for the price increase and was VERY VERY RUDE!!! Never use them!
