Have taken my Tacoma in for service once - they went out of their way to address my concerns - went ahead and covered the repair under warranty (my truck was 4,000 miles past warranty cover). Disappointed 10/26/2009

After my car was rear ended, I took my car to their body shop for repair. I wanted to go to a real body shop, but my car needed some service items as well, so I figured I'd knock it all out with one stop and save time. Well, I should have gone with my gut and gone to a reliable body shop. Why the work initially appeared okay, the extra time I had to invest in dealing with their lack of service is more than I would have spent taking my car into two separate shops. And I've now found an issue with the repair, and their exceptional customer service shines through again as they are less than helpful in getting it resolved. They act like they're doing me a huge favor my fixing what they should have had right the first time. I especially like when I was on the phone with the lady who I believe is the body shop manager, she could tell I was not satisfied when she was giving me the run around about how to resolve, and when I asked about a couple times I didn't get any answers for awhile b/c she had started talking to someone else in the background. I will definitely not be back - for service or to purchase a car. more

my car should of never passed inspection 11/30/2008

I bought a used car from Molle toyota on 103rd after I totalled my 2005 Solaria bought at Molle. Molle inspected the car. 11 days after I had the car the muffler fell off on I-70 on a Sunday. I called a mechanic that I knew. The muffler had broken off from the front. When he came to help me he noticed that the muffler was badly rusted and told me that it should of never passed inspection. I left a msg with the saleman that sold me the car-nathan coker. Only after I texted him that I wanted to know who the hell inspected my car was he ready to pay for the muffler. He called me back and told me a rock did it. I told him that I already had a mechanic under it and it should of passed inspection.I was sent to the Muffler Doctor at 79th and Troost. I went and looked at the muffler after it was removed from the car. My friend was right it should of never passed inspection. I will get an inheritance chk in March. I am buying a new rav4 but I am not going to Molle. My cash is going to another dealership. I have had cars repaired there. Bought a brand new car there. I will not be back.
