If you want to get ripped off and sold unnecessary tests for your animal than go here. It's a lovely facility but they have to pay for it somehow! I took my dog there and got a bill at the end that was laughable and cryable because of the amount. I would NEVER go here again. I felt i got the shaft. Now i need a proctologist! They fear-base sell you into all sorts of unnecessary tests. He could have this, or he could have that...sure...I might have Aids, or I might have Hep-C but what is the evidence? It's like you going to the doctor and they do all tests, blood, xray, ct scan, mri, and and exam. Then you realize all it was was an ice cream headache. But you got the bill. I talked around and many many people have had a hard time such as this with this company. The associates are expected to maintain goal levels of $$$ to bring in. Not sure if they are on commission, but it brings out the worst in medicine. 1st time shame on them. 2nd time...which there won't be, shame on more

Mohnacky was always extremely over crowded and over booked. The wait was always 45 to 90 minutes to be seen and they spent little time examining our puppy or listening to us. They failed to diagnose the parasite (giardia) in our beagle puppy at a critical stage in her growth. They even went as far as to tell us she was overweight two separate times (she had a pouched belly from the parasites and was also only 6 mnths old and still growing). We finally switched vets (should have done it sooner) and the new one diagnosed and treated her right away. They saw she was grossly underweight. You could see her individual vertebrae and she hadn't grown in months. I just wish I'd followed my instincts or been more insistent that they actually listen to me. Now our dog's growth is stunted and she will forever be in that awkward puppy stage with her little body, long legs and too big paws.
