Advertised low price on their website. Called and confirmed the price, and a start date 2-3 weeks later. Derek showed up and increased but price by $1 per foot. Negotiated down by another $0.50 to only %0.50 more than advertised. Derek measured the area around my pool and number seemed very high (over 100sqft higher than other companies which have given me estimates since). He also informed me they would not be able to start until mid-June instead of mid-May and would require a deposit. We also negotiated for a front walkway and steps. I also found it odd that it was fill, not gravel, unless gravel is now 80-90% dirt with broken up brick and concrete mixed in making up the other 10%. They also asked about the front walkway they were going to move and widen, which I reminded Derek he stated he would do, and even remo
