Last time, I sent my car to this shop for repair, and bump area has many scratches, so they need repaint, it takes 1 day than estimate because Josh told me they accidentally dropped the painted bump, so they need 1 more day to re-paint. Josh dealt with insurance and car rental company, and returned me back a very clean car. I had an accident this week, will try this shop again.\r more

Everyone here is SUPER friendly and helpful and they did an amazing job on my Jeep. Got it back within one week and looks brand spanking new and I couldn't be happier. I LOVE MBO!!! I work right down the street from MBO and we take all our company vehicles to them. After damaging my personal vehicle last week and talking to my insurance company, MBO was first on their list of repair shops. I knew who they were right away so it was an easy choice. I've been to another auto body shop before with my old SUV, but not the best experience(although they were very nice) and decided to try somewhere new. And WOW...they took the BEST care of me and Karl is definitely the man to go to\r more

OK, this is a review perhaps a little different from the average consumer who visits a body shop, because in my case I had my car painted...um...twice in two weeks. The first time, Modern Bench Operations (""MBO"") did a FANTASTIC job of aligning the body panels we assembled onto the car and laying down a beautiful (perhaps too nice for a race car....yes a race car...but I'm a perfectionist) three color paint scheme. The second time..um..two weeks later, they mounted new body parts, matched paint, and again laid down three colors because of an on-track ""mishap"". Great work, great paint, great service, and a great team.\r more

I would have to say ""WOW""!!! they do exist. Its hard to find a shop that cares the way this one doe's. First the employees, very professional very customer friendly very polite. The check in was very fast and very professional Tamara was very instrumental in making sure that all the information was correct in all areas, contact info,vehicle info, and particular to the work to be done. The shop, very organized and clean, as are the employees. This is a very customer friendly shop and very professional in every meaning of the word. I am a retired auto tech. who is very particular about the person that touches my car. So if you really want to know my opinion about this business if I could I would rate it a TEN STAR business. And if you don't believe me then the next time you need work stop by for an estimate and see for your self. I always say seeing is believing. Thank You MBO.\r more

I went to MBO after a unfortunate experience. I drive a 2001 BMW M5 and it is important to me that this car is taken care of. From the first moment I walked in, Pete, the owner, took care of me and took care of my car. Carl a manager went out of his way to ensure me that my car was doing OK when I would call every day and Carl would tell me of the progress and take the time to reassure me. I will definitely be returning!!! They have exceeded my every expectation.\r more

This facility gets an A for good old fashion customer service and showing genuine courtesy and kindness to me. I was visiting from Southern Calif on my way up to San Francisco to run a marathon when I got into a car accident. I was broadsided and the explorer I was in was not drivable. Without going into all the details suffice it to say that MBO service and care was outstanding. They stayed open late on a Friday evening to receive my towed explorer (even though the Ford dealer would NOT), they had an employee drive me to the airport during the Friday rush hour, wait for me to get a rental car, transfer all my belongings to the rental car and lead me safely back to where I was staying. They coordinated all the insurance issues, were in regular communication with me and when the car was ready, picked me up from the airport so that I could reclaim my restored car. VERY KIND PEOPLE - ALL OF THEM!\r more

First I want to thank my friend Daniel for recommending this body shop, where he currently works. i was recently involved in a fender bender . i have never never been an accident ever! the office made my visit there very helpful, and i left there with a very positive feeling since it was my first time leaving my car at a body shop . they replaced the fender an bumper. the body work was excellent, an the paint...wow!!! what a color match . the detailing on my car is amazing, when i left my car at the shop i was a bit embarrassed it was so messy.. wow it looks so clean like when i first bought it ... modern bench thank you for all help great work . god bless you an thank you . you have a customer for life. i will recommend my familia an my friends for everything\r more

Modern bench operations rocks!!!!! This has been the most professional experience I've received from an auto shop. I've came to notice that most shops care about profit margins rather than quality of work or customer service. Not at MBO auto body. Karl ( the manager ) has great communication skills and doesn't make you feel like you are being deceive. He`ll layout everything for you so that you'll understand what works need to be done, and how much. He`ll even set things up with your insurance company to make sure your out of pocket spending is kept to a minimum. There`s no other shop in town that compete with that. I highly recommend MBO, great job guys.\r more
