This facility gets an A for good old fashion customer service and showing genuine courtesy and kindness to me. I was visiting from Southern Calif on my way up to San Francisco to run a marathon when I got into a car accident. I was broadsided and the explorer I was in was not drivable. Without going into all the details suffice it to say that MBO service and care was outstanding. They stayed open late on a Friday evening to receive my towed explorer (even though the Ford dealer would NOT), they had an employee drive me to the airport during the Friday rush hour, wait for me to get a rental car, transfer all my belongings to the rental car and lead me safely back to where I was staying. They coordinated all the insurance issues, were in regular communication with me and when the car was ready, picked me up from the airport so that I could reclaim my restored car. VERY KIND PEOPLE - ALL OF THEM!\r
