I have been to this hair salon twice. The first time, I just got my hair straightened. I wasn't that pleased with the results, but I went back figuring that I would give them another chance. So the second time I went, I wanted to have my hair styled in big curls and left down. The salon didn't even have rollers to curl my hair. I had an apointment and was on time and everything as I wanted my hair to be perfect for the wedding that I was in the following day. So ok, they didn't have rollers, but at least they were going to use a curling iron. Then a Brazilian girl walks in and wants to get her hair straightened quickly before she goes to work. So, the hairdresser leaves me to start on this other girl's hair. Then when she does come back to me, she decides (or maybe its because I'm not Brazilian and the other customer is) that she would rather focus on her "friends" hair than on mine. So needless to say, she didn't even use a curling iron on my hair (that would've taken too long - she had to hurry to get to her friend's hair). All she did was pin my hair on top of my head with bobby pins and told me to leave them on top of my head and to take them out later that night. I was told that this would leave curls in my hair. And on top of the fact that she bascially did nothing to my hair, she charged me $80.
And on the morning of the wedding, the bride to be had to spend her morning fixing and curling my hair, since the hair dresser's experiment did not (as I had assumed) work.
I would never go back to this hair salon. If you're not brazilan (in other words if you are not a trola), then they don't really care about you and will also overcharge you.
Pros: NONE
Cons: Trolas
