This is where you want to bring your vehicle if you need serious customer service. Victor customer service is rank the best in my book! He did an excellent job taking care of my car--which really put my mind in ease and peace as I drive away knowing that my family is safe in my car. Thanks to his great effort in fixing my car even though I didnt have a reservation. Truly, if there is one place you want to trust your car at then look no further. I like this place, very friendly and courteous staff. Good work at reasonable prices. Great value will go back the next time. Victor is a nice guy to deal with. He goes out of the way to fix your problem and answer all your concerns. They worked on my Benz and the wife's Volvo. I would recommend this shop to all my friends. more

Mobotech is by far the best auto shop I have experienced so far. What brought me to this shop was the great reviews posted from many satisfied customers. \r \r Victor, the shops owner, was super helpful in assisting me with quotes over the phone. I loved the fact that he was honest about services that was really needed for my car. Most shops and dealers recommend services according to the service manual, which most times are not necessary. Victor even took a test drive with me to make sure I was satisfied with the car, that is superb!\r \r The mechanics are all local people and are friendly. Loaner cars are available for use and they are open on weekends which are great. I highly recommend Mobotech for your auto service needs. more

What can I say....I have never come across an auto shop of this caliber. I recommend that you take all of your auto needs to this shop. This place rocks!!! more

I will never take my car to somewhere else after my experience at Mobotech. Vic - the owner of this shop will go out of his way to be of service, even if it's something not relating to autos - he helped me with my laptop which needed a new hardrive and computer shop was gonna charge me $200!!! Vic kindly told me if I purchased the hardrive that I needed he would do the labor stating that the repair was only minor. I went ahead & purchased the new hardrive which cost me $89.00, went to his shop with my computer where he basically just unscrewed the damaged hardrive and replaced it with the new one. Of course seeing that I could of probably do it myself (he jokingly mentioned it), did it in less than 5 minutes and didn't charge me for it. The computer repair shop (an authorized dealer for my computer) would have walked away with $200 for a job that would have taken them around a week to do!!!! That is the kind of person Vic is, he is geniunely honest and generous and is truly looking out for your best interest. \r \r I would highly recommend Mobotech to anyone, anytime, and anyday........and no one can be compared to their awesome service and friendly staff.....ever!!! I don't know the first thing about cars, so when my car broke down, my primary concern was that my insufficient knowledge would leave me as an easy target for an auto shop to make a quick buck. After researching auto repair shops online, I chose this company from citysearch because of the positive review and nearby location. My experience with them was so positive, that I am not only a customer for life, but will refer any friends, family and complete strangers to him to share in the incredible deals I got.\r \r From the get go, the owner was upfront about the costs and necessity of repair, even providing me with a detailed list of what repairs needed to be done and the level of priority. The car is old, and with my limited budget, I wanted to do repairs that were necessary and preventative against future damage. As per my request, I received an email with the costs of parts and labor, specific information detailing what is wrong with the part and why it needs to be fixed, and how important it was to fix right away.\r \r When I consulted with a friend who owns a body shop about the pricing and validity of the repair claims, he reviewed the costs and remarked, ""You're sure that includes parts AND labor? Wow, this guy is really hooking you up."" I also researched online and found the costs to be extremely reasonable, and even cheaper than expected.\r \r I walked away from this experience with a very positive outlook, seldom felt with anything auto-related. It was refreshing to feel like the interest of the owner was also in my best interest. Being able to trust the person you go to for any auto repairs is invaluable. The 90% of his business that comes from word of mouth and referrals are well deserved - I will never take my car anywhere else! Pros: Informative and knowledgeable staff, HONEST assessment of vehicle repairs, timely and flexible repair schedule, above and beyond customer service expectations Cons: Nothing really. It is a small shop, though, so lot is kind of crowded. more

After our favorite auto repair shop owner of 18 years retired I had difficultiy locating a similar business. At one shop I was told the evaporator in my SUV needed replacement. After paying over $700 it was revealed only an ""O"" ring was replaced. The correct bill should have been less than $100.\r \r Another repair shop told my wife her SUV needed a new alternator. Upon completion of the job a friend showed us that the alternator was our original one & only the regulator was changed. We should have only paid a small fraction of the $600 she paid.\r \r Mobo-Tech was recommended & i took my SUV in for service. The owner is Victor Chen, an affable, efficient, honest businessman. He does all types of auto repairs, large or small at reasonable & honest prices. Vic keeps us apprised of the progress & pickup time of our vehicles.
