They are friendly, but you need to be prepared! They ALWAYS try to ""up sell"" me on repairs and items that I do not need. Today they suggested I get my radiator flushed for $59.99, when it is not due for another 5000 miles, and even then, I do not know if it is even necessary. Also, they disconnected my alternator and I had to bring it to another shop to get it fixed!\r I am going to Zembowers in Altamonte Springs after today?s experience.\r Pros: friendly Cons: ALWAYS try to ""upsell"" more
