I have made it a habit to stop by local microbreweries whenever I go on vacation. Last week I drove up to Utah from Texas and we passed through Moab. We decided to stop in and catch dinner. Much to my delight we spotted Moab Brewery, so we gave it a try.\r

Service was excellent. We were waited on hand and foot and the waiter even brought complimentary sodas (which are also 'brewed' on site) for the kids.\r
\r
Try the artichoke crab dip and the jalepeno corn bread. The dip comes served with flat bread and is arguably the best I've had anywhere.\r
\r
My wife had the Greek Pasta that was unlike anything that you could get between here and the mediterranian. I thouroughly enjoyed the fish tacos -- easily some of the best I've had. A buddy of mine got the Jack Daniel's burger and was very impressed by the ""Beer-B-Q"" sauce.\r
\r
We ordered the sampler of beers which came out fresh and ice cold. They were all delicious. I had to resist ordering more after I had finished off my sampler (I still had a few hours to drive).\r
\r
In the end we were so impressed we all picked up some souveniers from their gift shop (T-shirts, Glasses, etc.) \r

I will make it a point to stop by Moab Brewery every time I pass through town -- even if I have to tweek my schedule so we can pass through during lunch or dinner.\r
