Mizeki Japanese Sushi Bar

This restaurant has great sushi and great hot meals, too, so if you're afraid of sushi still try it. There are cheap things and more expensive items on the menu. We go to Mizeki's every time we go out. I highly reccomend the crunchy sushi roll and the rainbow roll. For hot food, we like to order the teriyaki chicken bento meal. You won't find better service, and they are open for lunch, too. The owners are so nice. While visiting my boyfriend at Ft. Leonardwood, I got a severe case of the sushi munchies and we started out on a long journey to find a place that served sushi. Right as we were about to give up, we spotted a small lighted sign off the main road for Mizeki. When we drove up, we noticed a parking lot that was completely empty (except of course for the employees, who were sitting outside hanging out) and we immediately took it as a bad sign, but thankfully my boyfriend wasn't in the mood to drive around anymore because we ended up having some of the best sushi we'd ever tasted (and believe me, we know sushi). Our waiter was very kind and even served us complimentary miso soup and delicious salted snow peas. Overall, I'd give this place 4 out of 5 stars and I would definitely eat here again.
