I was very impressed with how Rebecca did her work. She made a "temporary" repair while doing her diagnosis and I thought she had fixed it... She informed me that the "temporary" repair wasn't good enough for her and she wanted to continue her process. I thanked her. She ended up completing the repair and is coming back again since I added more work for her after I saw her work. She also made great suggestions with lighting I want to add near my pool. I called Mister Sparky to get 3 ceiling fans installed. Rebecca brought to my attention some electrical safety hazards in my home during her investigating which I greatly appreciated. She also went above and beyond by offering the suggestion of relocating a switch for one of the fans to make it more convenient. She was very professional and cleaned up when she was finished. I will absolutely recommend Mister Sparky to anyone who needs electrical service!! I called them at 2:00pm on a Friday afternoon really not expecting to do anything other than set up an appointment for the following week. To my surprise, I was told that they would work me in, and that someone would come to my house that day! I was in need of an AC repair, and in Charleston that is a necessity! Jonathan arrived close to 7:00 pm, assessed the issue and gave me my repair options. To my surprise, he told me he would be performing the repair that night!!! It didn't take him too long at all, and he was fantastic at explaining everything to me. I cannot thank him enough for putting in extra hours on a Friday night for a last minute call. He was incredibly professional, friendly, and put me at ease. Mister Sparky is lucky to have such an amazing employee! Recommend you contact Mr. Sparky and request Hector Vazquez by name. Hector called an hour prior to his scheduled appointment time to notify us he was on time and would be there shortly. Arrived when you said he would. Hector let us explain the situation, listened intently and when we finished he asked pointed questions. Hector was able to diagnose and find the root problem in a very short time. Hector then proceeded to correct all the issues presented in a timely professional manner. Hector at all times was very professional and courteous. Hector continued to provide excellent service and explain everything he was doing as he was doing it so we could understand why. Hector cleaned all the areas he worked in, provided insight and suggestions for other small issues and recommendations and was resolute in doing it right. Upon completion Hector again went over everything and explained the fees and asked if we were happy with the service and if there was anything else he could do for us. It was a pleasure working with Mr. Sparky and Hector specifically. Hector provided outstanding service and I would recommend him and Mr. Sparky for all your electrical needs. more
