Mister Sparky

I called about a faulty garbage disposal & the technician came out charged me but didn't fix it. said it wasn't the electricity it was the garbage disposal. He told me to call an expensive plumber. He also told me that he could have told me on the phone to push in the red button to test if it was the garbage disposal and he wouldn't have had to charge me. He didn't tell me that on the phone, waiting until he was here and charged me. He told me if I didn't have a special hex that came with the garbage disposal - I'd have to call a plumber. I watched u-tube and found out it was a 6mm hex and I easily unlocked it myself. I fell like I was unfairly charged.... you guys are expensive and given faulty information. If you don't refund all or part of the money I paid - I'll never recommend or use you again. And..... I know a lot of people in the area. Really disappointed in you. more

The Service was good. but in retrospect, I have found other electrical Services n town that are just as efficient as you but a lot cheaper more

One of the things I like the most is that Mr. Sparky refuses to quit. They will solve the problem. Period; end of story. more

I had an ok experience but not what I hoped for. They were polite and respectful but did not accomplish what I wanted. In all fairness maybe the scope was somewhat unachievable but I still believe they may have succeeded with a bit more investigation. I also found them to be very expensive. So, my review is "luke warm" at best. In the end, no major issues to say anything bad about them. more

Pricey I thought. The technician installed a new outlet in my kitchen. When working on my breaker board the tech criticized the whole house protector I had installed by another FL licensed electrician and told me that it presented several dangers. He then suggested one that he had on his truck and could install in 15 minutes and would be much safer. I'm an 80 year old resident in my own home and I felt unsafe so I had the new one installed. I don't really believe today that the change was necessary. more

It's hard not to find fault with service providers, but that's the case with Mr. Sparky. Couln't have been more professional, knowledgeable and patient in explaining issues. more

Paul Kus showed up timely. He was professional and pleasant. He explained that he would troubleshoot to locate the problem and, once identified, precisely what it would cost to effect repair....there would be no late-in-the-game, unpleasant surprises. He then went to work and in short order identified and fixed the problem. No new parts required.. more
