If you want to get more bang for your buck, only go to Mister when the white bald manager is working. I believe is name is Ryan. Any other time, leave. I took my car several times with Ryan was there and when he wasnt. And each time that he was on site and working on cars himself, my car looked amazing. Mister should do something about that other manager. LOVE this place, again only when the white bald guy name Ryan is working. And yes, I tell everyone I know that. Sorry if this makes him work more, but everyone loves Ryan! Great asset. more

I have purchased the $50.00 monthly package. Professionalism is NOT regarded as a standard by many that work outside at the Brandon location.\r \r One day you could visit and they will tell you that they don't see you in the system and expect you to pay full price when you have the unlimited monthly service. Another day you visit and the person who greets you while you are still in your auto tells you that you need to pay more if you want the interior cleaned and interior is part of the monthly service you have already paid for. Then he grabs his privates like it's a casual gesture.\r \r Another day you show up a barrel is shoved in front of you and your almost trip. Still another visit you get in your car after you have POINTED out numerous places they have forgotten to clean and notice they forgot to screw in your antenna.\r \r Another day you show and one of the attendants drops the cleaning rag on the ground then swiftly picks it up and continues to hap hazardously wipe the water off your auto. You point out that the rag touched the gritty ground and he reasons that he turned the rag so it would not scratch your car.\r \r If there a better way to do business? Is this place for real? more

I finally got around to taking my 10-year-old car here for detailing. The sales associate even convinced me to add on waxing for an additional $15. The total came to over $100. The wait was two hours. There's no TV in the waiting room and few magazines. It took a long time, but the car looked good when the wait was over. The guy who washed it told me as I was leaving to leave my windows open over night ""because the seats are wet."" That's all he said. When I drove home the seats were so wet, they completely soaked my clothes. My yard is full of wasps, and I didn't realize the importance of leaving the windows open, so I didn't. The next day, I realized that the material on the roof of the car interior was ruined, hanging down unattached off the sun roof area, and buckling everywhere else. I brought it back to Mister Car Wash, and was honest that I hadn't left the windows open because I didn't realize what would happen (because I wasn't informed.) And I didn't realize the seats would be so wet I couldn't drive it after the service. I thought they would offer me some sort of compensation, considering how much it cost and how much it will likely cost to fix. But I guess they don't care if I return, which, of course, I never will. Maybe they're OK for a $5 car wash, but I wouldn't recommend spending more money there than that. more

This was my first visit to this establishment, and my last. I purchased a full service car wash. My car was rushed through the process and when I got home, I ended up having to finish cleaning my wheels and trim myself. Don't waste your money on the poor quality you'll receive here. more

I have been coming here for about 4 years but have finally given up on them. Service levels have steadily declined so that the vehicle still has dirty windows and not completely dried off which creates water spots and streaks. Try Bay Breeze instead at Falkenberg and 60. Better run with a noticeably better job done and very attentive personnel. Pros: Convenient Location Cons: Service levels have steadily declined over the past 6 months more

On Christmas Eve, I paid for a wash and hand wax on my car. While inspecting the car, I discovered that the right front hubcap had been horribly scratched. The manager showed me the cleaning building and said there was nothing in there to scratch it on. I walked back over to the reception area and discovered high curbs with rubber and fresh gouges on it; the manager stonewalled, insisted that those marks couldn't have come from HIS guys and that the marks were from a previous business. Needless to say, I was unhappy with paying over $50 to have my car damaged.\r \r That incident aside, this business does not offer the quality cleaning commensurate with its prices. After paying a high price for a top-notch job, I was presented with a car that looked like it had been run through a gas-station drive-through and indifferently waxed. The finish still had bugs and specks in several locations, the grill needed to be recleaned, and all four wheels were black in every recessed surface (in fact, that was how I noticed the gouges, as after spotting dirty wheels on the left side, I walked around to see if the right were as bad.) \r Bottom line: if you're going to pay first-class prices, you should get a first class job. Personally I have been using Florida Car Wash for over 15 years. From the time I got my first car at age 16, they have always taken good care of all of my vehicles. Now that we founded Heidi's Legacy Dog Rescue, we transport hundrends of dogs all over the state of Florda to save their lives and finding them forever homes. With all of the wear and tear on our vehicles, nothing is more telling than the piles of constant dog hair! Many of the dogs are not in good shape when they come to us and are filthy/smelly and often get sick on the car ride. The guys at Florida Car Wash are wonderful. They welcome us with open arms and go out of their way to make our vehicles look brand new again. They really go above and beyond the call of duty and put love in what they do. If you're just looking for your car to be washed, they can do that too; however if you are looking to find someone who cares about what they are doing to your car...then go to Florida Car Wash! Pros: Great price, caring hard working employees, Go Above and Beyond Cons: Absolutely NOTHING! more
