Mission Viejo Auto Collision

All I can say is I've been in the car industry for years. I had to go through a few shoddy repair shops back in the day prior to finding the ONLY place I now only ever take my vehicles too. At MVAC they strive for great customer satisfaction but behind the scenes is just something else. The shop is pristine, the time that is spent making everything right the first time is tremendous. They are for sure firm believers on doing it right the first time or don't do it at all this is the reason I've taken my exotics and domestics both here whenever I've had the unlucky incident of needing their service. I won't trust my vehicles, if they need repairs, to any other repair shop but MV Auto Collision. Todd and Mark are top notch guys for the face of the company. They make sure everything is done right, you're informed and make the pain of your accident, scratch or what have you as easy to bear as possible. Your vehicle and peace of mind is in great hands with them and their company. If the 5 star reviews don't say enough just stop in and speak with them. I've recommended MVAC to all the people I know that have needed repairs done. As long as I'm living in Southern California there's only one place that I TRUST to have my vehicle(s) repaired and that's MV Auto Collision. My only problem will be, should I move out of state, is how to pay for the tow to get it to their shop if needed! That's how much this company means to me and my vehicles, I won't trust another shop to do the work which I know MVAC does BETTER THAN ANYONE. more

I needed to get a side mirror replaced that had been broken. I was told it would take 5-7 days to have one shipped in. When two weeks passed and no one had contacted me, I called MVAC and was told it still was not in. I felt someone should have called me to let me know the mirror was delayed. Not the other way around. When it finally came in after another week, I was told to bring my car in to have the mirror replaced. When I got there, I was then told the mirror had not been painted yet, so it could not be installed. I was less than happy! I later got a called that day and was told they would put a rush on the paint job so the mirror could be installed later that day. more

First time in 2011 everything was excellent, 2nd time around the first person (a guy) was on the rude side with no customer service experience what so ever. I was thrown off and thought there were new owners, and to be honest, at the point I felt I am here now, but will not be coming back. Then the gentleman that took me home (very nice) said there were the same owners for the last 20 years and thought to myself wow, so what happened. I made a call a girl answered and I told her I had a question she told me she was going to transfer me to whom ever was handling my car and at the point I told her I did not want to talk to him, because he was rude and not helpful at all, at the point she told me it was a different person. It was Eric and he was amazing. You really need to check on who was the first guy that helped me, because for someone that has never been to your place and this one person is your first view into your company I think you will be loosing new customers. I will definitely recommend your shop, and I will let them know if they encounter someone rude to let you/the owner know! I can't complain about pricing, I only pay my deductible. more

Our repais was complete several days after the date promised.Communication was poor. We had to call for every update. You went to our insurance company directly for extra charges above and beyond your original estimate, probably to overcharge them. Most disappointing was a new ding we have on our rear bumper. Your staff claimed it was there at drop off. If so, any reputable company would have pointed it out and offered to fix it. We have no recollection of that damage and we did not feel the need to take "as is" pictures prior to leaving the car with you. Your staff, not suprisingly, has pictures of it. I am sure it occured on your Premises. We do not feel we were dealt with honestly. We will not be bringing any further vehicles to your shop, nor will we ever recommend you. Your customer service signs in the lobby are misleading. more

Todd was our guy there and he was by far the best person we have had to work with when getting collision repairs done on any of our vehicles. . I was continually updated by email with the status and pictures as well as phone calls. Extremely professional! The best experience ever. I only wish they were auto mechanics as well! more

MV Auto Collision is a very professionally operated business. The customer service was excellent. As a customer, I was assigned to a collision technican. He made contact with me daily through e-mails, text messages or phone calls. The daily photos depicting the repair progress on my car was a small example of their excellent customer service.
