Mission did initial installation on this house when we built it and I was a little disappointed in their service but since the new owners have taken over (several yrs ago) I have been exceptionally satisfied. Michael Shultz was very knowledgeable, courteous, clean and on time. I have had nothing bad to say about this co or employees since new owner. more

Feeling Cool!! 6/22/2016

From the very start nothing but great service from this company! My air went out and it was 90+ degrees outside and I was calling eeryone to get them to come look at it. MPHC were the only ones who could come out to look at and they did it within 24 hours! the ladies on the phone were very nice and understanding. Brian W then came out and we found out that we needed a new air cont. Bryan was very nice and clear on our option and the team worked hard to get a date as soon as possible to get the new air cont installed and they provide financing. Jim and casey then came out to install in less than a week. They did a great job and in a short amount of time. My family and I are finally cooled off! Thank you MPHC!! What great company and great team you have! more

Quality Service 6/10/2016

We have used Mission Heating/Cooling twice (once for a gas line installation and once for heat pump installation) and have been extremely pleased with the service we received each time. Eddy was very prompt with providing a cost estimate and although their prices are a bit high we believe you do receive excellent work done with quality products. They were also very quick to get us on the schedule for A/C installation which with 90 degree temps was much appreciated! Bryan S. managed the installation of the AC unit. He was very courteous and respectful of our house and property which we greatly appreciated. He also made sure that we knew how to use the A/C control pad features before leaving. I am sure if needed, we will call on their services again. more

Chris Tinberg was fantastic! In less than an hour from my call concerning a leaking water heater, He was here and stopped the leak. Clearly we needed a new heater and he walked us through the many options available to us. With the choice made, he replaced the water heater with a new one explaining all the new valve work he'd done, how to control temp, how to light the pilot and warranty information. He was working for us! He was on our team! So much different than the standard repair/sales person's approach. I love Mission Plumbing Heating and Cooling!! more

Happy Customer 1/22/2016

Almost three (3) years ago during the winter months my furnace stopped working. Which is probably the worst time to try and find someone to fix the problem without getting overcharged, misdiagnosing the problem, or basically not getting the furnace working properly. Went to the internet, and after reading a lot of reviews contacted a few companies but decided on Mission PHC. Have not been disappointed in their level of service, their response to plumbing, AC, and furnace issues and will continue utilize Mission PHC as my HVAC resource. Chad was assigned to install a Whole House Humidifier recently. Knowledgeable, thoughtful, and took extra care to place runners and explain each step in the install. Completely happy with the service and glad to have Chad as my HVAC pro. more

Very quick overall process. Called to have installation and they came next day. When they came back to check how it was running there was an issue with a part and they came back the next day with the correct part to have it fixed. more

After getting a great price on an AC unit (far better than another large local company)Bryan and Jeff delivered and installed the unit the same day--including custom sheet metal work. The workplace was left clean and the workmanship was excellent. I would highly recommend both installers and MIssion. more

Very Quick 8/6/2015

My garbage disposal stopped working. I called Mission in the morning, they had someone available that afternoon. They ended up being able to come several hours before that (since I was already home that was great to me!) He fixed the problem very quickly, explained things well, and gave me several options for the future. Thanks! more
