a pleasant experience 5/21/2012

Even though I decided to leave my crown as is, throughout the whole process, he kept checking to see if I am fine. Staff is very professional and friendly. What a pleasant experience. I will definitely recommend Mission Family Dental to my other friends. more

Very POOR patient services 4/25/2012

This dentist is a JERK is an understatement... His staff is exceptional, but Dr. Knight is RUDE, ABRASIVE and has NO patience at all with his staff. He has a sign in his office stating that children that are unruly are to be sold as SLAVES. I'm sure this is a joke albeit extremely poor joke. I think it shows where this dentist head is. The staff is young but very friendly, the dentist was very warm, accomodating and put me at ease. The office decor and layout made it a very relaxing environment. Plus, I like the fact that they explain all of the procedures, give you a breakdown of fees for the work beforehand that is recommended and then you can decide how you would like to proceed.
