I absolutely love Drs. Goodman & Partridge!! Dr. Jarem from teh rpactice delivered my daughter and I had a wonderful experience!! I never waited very long, they accepted my insurance, I saw Dr. Jarem several times during my pregnancy, the have a location close to my house and work, and much more. They have been around for over 30 years so I knew I was in good hands. I could go on forever! Dr. Goodman, Dr., Partridge, and Dr. Conrad were wonderful...everyone else is ridiculous. The all female staff is a good idea in theory but the offices are full of little girls that stand around gossiping about the patients. I know more about other patients than I do about myself. Some of the drs and nurses don't listen to anything you ask of them. If anything does go wrong with a procedure (as did with me) which could be their fault, not only will you have to pay for all of the appointments to make sure you are ok, but they will ignore you for months. They kept transferring me to the manager or the person in charge of what I was there for and having me leave messages. They would not talk to me or respond to my calls for almost 4 months, all the while I was getting sicker and sicker. I have transferred to a different doctor and once I get the results, if there is anything wrong due to the neglect from this office, I will be holding them responsible. if you do go here, keep a record of everything. if you can, STEER CLEAR!!! more

I have been going to Dr's Goodman and Partridge for 6 years now. I use to live a mile from their office but now live in North Phoenix. I continue to go to them despite the longer drive time. Dr Goodman delivered my son, he is a wonderful doctor and very patient and kind. I have never had a bad experience. yes at times there is a wait in the waiting room, but all dr's offices are like that. I always feel like they give me the same attention and time as other patients. If my appointment take longer than normal or I have a lot of questions they take their time to help me. I am planning to have my next child with this office as well. The mid levels and physicians are very friendly and answer all my questions. They have a great triage, where I can call and ask questions without having to come in! I am always treated well and their office staff is wonderful! more

Horrible customer service. When I first called to make my appointment the woman at the front desk was going to schedule me with an NP. I asked to be scheduled with the obstetrician and she asked me what an obstetrician was. I actually had to explain it to her. I decided to overlook this and went to my scheduled appointment with the NP. When I went for my first ultrasound (with a very full bladder) I waited over an hour past my scheduled appointment to get in to see the tech. It got so late my husband had to leave for work. When I asked why there was a hold up, the front desk woman proceeded to tell me that the woman sitting next to me in the waiting room was taking longer because they had to do a special type of ultrasound for her. I am sure that she would have really appreciated them sharing that with me. They had me go back the following week because they scheduled the 1st Ultrasound too early to see the baby. I told them I was going to be out of town next week and they scared me into thinking there was a problem so I came back from my trip early and found the problem was they scheduled me way too early to actually see the baby. Gee, isn't this what they do for a living? When my husband and I came in the following week, the tech said ""oh yeah, you're the one who was here all by herself last week."" Way to make someone feel good, huh? I never saw the same doctor for my OB care and I they constantly had me go through my history with each new doc. It only takes a few minutes to scan someone's chart before you see them, but it seemed like no one ever took the time. My lab work was not ordered correctly on one occassion and lost when it was reordered, which meant three trips to the lab for the same labwork. The only reason that it became apparent that my lab work was missing was because I asked to hear the results. After that I never went back and found myself a new OB/GYN who actually knows what she is doing. Do yourself a favor, save the hassle, go somewhere else Pros: You can get in for an appointment quickly, but would you want to after reading these reviews? The Mesa office forgot to notify me when my mammogram came back abnormal, sent me a notice that everything came back normal, I called the radiology office as an afterthought and found out otherwise. Mesa office then referred me to a breast surgeon, whom I looked up online, he had multiple lawsuites every year for the past 10 years. Dr Gynecologist then informed they have nothing to do with the patient once abnormalities have shown up, although they insisted on an additional appointment to tell me so. If you would like similar customer service, then go to Goodman & Partridge, otherwise, stay far away. Cons: they don' more

Dr. Goodman has delivered all 4 of my children. He gave me great care and was very compasionate. Dr. Goodman is slowing down now but I love all the providers. Friends of mine wait 3 weeks to 3 months to get in. My office always offers me same day appointments. It really is a different level of care. This is amazing that the most popular ob group in town can offer this. It is much better for me to be seen when I realize there is a problem then to wait 3 weeks to be seen (or worse have to go to an ER or something). I love seeing Roxanne at the Gilbert office at Lindsay and Williams field. I have heard great things about Dr. Wickman in Maricopa, Dr. Mbaidjol in Chandler, Dr. Jarem in Gilbert, Dr. Kale in Gilbert (power road office) and Dr. Nieves in Mesa - each of these female doctors are wonderful. I know that is the trend and my office offers great female choices! I love the remodel they did this year at Chandler - have you ever been to an office where there is a fireplace in the waiting room? i use to work for this practice and as a former employee I WOULD NEVER BE A PATIENT THERE. They put there SPEC's in a dish washer ( DID YOU HEAR ME A DISHWASHER) I dont know about you but if anything is going in my BODY i want it sterile not dish washer safe. They are always changing, the turn over rate of Medical Assistants is CRAZY. They dont care about their staff therefore people leave. And the Practice Admin (Nick) is the biggest word i can't write here, Patients to him are nothing but REVENUE and his staff they are just DEBTS that he has to pay. So take it from the inside source GO SOMEWHERE ELSE. Pros: If you have nothing to do and feel like waiting FOREVER to see your doctor then this is the place for you, also if you like the idea of a speculm thats only been dishwashed go right ahead Cons: RUDE STAFF, LONG WAITING PERIOD, OH YEAH AND DISH WASHER SPECULMS more

I had my 2nd and last appt at the Higley office today. The doc I saw had the most horrible bedside manner I've ever seen. She came rushing in, and all though she had never seen me before in her life (you see a different doc every visit), she said, I looked ""very bad"" and ""nervous"". Since she'd never met me before, I'm not really sure what she had to go on. I assured her I was fine. This great beginning led to a downward spiral of condescending conversation from Dr Feelgood (3rd baby and early 30's should earn you a little respect). I was actually very relaxed at the time she came in, compared to where I was 45 minutes earlier during my ultrasound. Yeah, don't expect them to care too much about the joyous moment when your pregnancy is confirmed. What you will get from the tech is a well-rehearsed script on what she can't tell you because it's too soon to tell. The last line of the script was that it's also too soon to tell if the ""fetal pole"" is ""viable"". Forgot to mention that I had wait for 35 minutes with a full bladder because they screwed up my appt time. As I left about 2 hrs later, I made my next appt for the Gilbert office. If things are the same there, I'm looking elsewhere all together. It's going to be my horrible luck that I get the doc I had today when I deliver. Cons: Receptionist doesn't greet you, messed up appt time, make you wait 30 minutes, etc, etc. Drs not friendly more

This is my first pregnancy. I've been to them twice and I'm 8 weeks pregnant. The first visit was not so great. I arrived 30 mins early to the appt so that I wouldn't have to wait long. I ended up going in 2hrs after I arrived, to wait over another hour in the patients room, for them to go back and forth. I didn't see a doctor, but instead a nurse practitioner, and she forgot to give me my prenatal vitamin prescription. more

I like the office in mesa near the new hospital on hampton ave. Everyone is SOOO nice and the office is so very comfortable and clean there is a play area for children and a big screen tv that plays disney movies for little ones. Very nice. Dr. Guzman is awesome!! I won't changing my ob any time soon! I highly recomend them. Pros: everything Cons: having the leep procedure in office was NOT as they said painless! more

Dr. Debra Wickman is the best! She is with Drs. Goodman and Partridge's group. She is seeing patients full time in Maricopa and I am so happy she is out here! She is caring! She is kind! She is great!!!!! What more can I say? I am so happy to have a great OB as the first one ever in our town of Maricopa! Pros: Location, Doctor, pretty office. more

Awesome doctor! He made me feel comfortable and was very knowledgeable. His staff was also very helpful and considerate. I?ve seen multiple doctors at Drs. Goodman & Partridge, OB/GYN and always feel like they truly care about me. I will definitely be back and recommend everyone I know to go there! Pros: Awesome doctor!
