1- I didn't get the free oil change that I was promised from the fiasco on my last visit. 2 - the car suddenly sprung a leak that I never had before. The car smelled like burning oil for about a week before I took it back and was told the oil was leaking onto the manifold. I did not have this issue until after the tune up, oil change and smog was done.
3- i took it in for rough idle but was given a tune up and rough idle still exists. Waste of money.
4 - Their recommendation was to check alignment so if I paid for an alignment 2 months ago wouldn't it be common sense to check it under the warranty?
Basically the shop has suffered since Shawn left. I used to tell people to go see Shawn and he will treat you right. He was a straight shooter, no bs. I can't say this about any of the new guys and won't recommend anyone here. I ended up taking my car to the dealer and just paid the money to get things right. The car runs perfectly now after the dealer visit.
