It's really a shame that I won't bring back any of my Cars here because I felt like I got ripped off. The Agent quoted me a specific price and then when I stopped to pick the car up he said that he had to outsource the Wheel Alignment to Firestone. For this reason I was charged 40.00 more than expected but when I callerd Firestone for a quote on the Alignment it was way cheaper. I would have expected a phone call telling me this and what the difference in price would be . Now I don't have confidence that it was done at all. There was no paperwork from Firestone or anything so I don't know where to go if there is an issue with the alignment in the future. I don't even know how long the warranty is good for. I didn't have these issues when Shaun was there and was disappointed that he is no longer working there. I definitely Won't be back.
