When I was young, and they had one location over in the Hyde Park area. All of the police officers that worked in the area went there all the time, my father introduced me. They used to have a sweet garlic crust and the best toppings in the world, in a small one place with few tables, very comfortable. Now, in the last few years, they have done unimaginable things to their food. Does expanding mean you have to change your product? A lot of people that have become very disappointed in the ""New Mio's"" way of making pizza in the last 10 years. Drop that crusty stuff you put on your pizza's now, and go back to the original, or at least offer it as a type of pizza you can still get. They have added all upscale type yuppie toppings, and that yuck on the crust.
Pros: used to be great, "had" the best pizza, 15 years ago great
Cons: changed the food, expanded locations, new corporate style
