My first experience with the service department; In particular, service consultant Jon L. and Master Tech Juan R..... Jon was professional, detail oriented, and technically well versed with the problems my car was having. He gave updates on the status of my car as it progressed from diagnoses through to repair. Juan R., my assigned Master Tech, performed the repairs flawlessly and timely. He even provided a maintenance video documenting the repair process which gave me piece of mind. Price was reasonable for my circumstances. No Complaints. Keep up the great work. more

Good Service Department 8/5/2013

I've brought my car to Minuteman several times for maintenance and have been pleased with their work. The make it easy to schedule a time and their service personnel are very polite and helpful. I appreciated that they cleaned and vacuumed the car when finished. more

I've been leasing cars from Minuteman, and having cars serviced at Minuteman, for more than three years now. I've been extremely impressed by their high standards and professionalism. I've never had any problem whatsoever. more

VERY happy with Minuteman.\r They sold me an Eos equipped just the way I wanted it, for a fair price.\r They didn't hesitate to get me the car I wanted, rather than trying to sell me what they had.\r I would recommend to anyone! more

This was the easiest, least stressful car-buying event I have ever had. John and Tom were the best. There was no pressure, they answered all my questions, gave me no hassle and I got an excellent car for a great deal. Everyone that I show the car to and tell them the price cannot believe it. I highly recommend these guys. more

DO NOT take your car here for service!!! 10/30/2008

The service sucked, It took them 4 days to order a simple part. They temporarily lost may car, and when I went to pick it up the price was $200 higher than what they quoted me and they couldn't explain this price increase. more

Bad Service 7/8/2008

When your new Passat really breaks down, they think they can get you in in a week or so ~ a ridiculously long time. And their attitude is 'too bad'. Very casual, very sloppy. Great cars, but without the service behind it, who cares. more

The service guys are great! I always can get an appointment within 2 days. My car was finished far ahead of schedule (the day before Thanksgiving) and vacuumed and washed to boot. I will definitely return. more

Since it's a dealership, the routine service tends to be too costly. We would not go back again. It is honesty that is the first priority. Unfortunately they lost our business forever. Too bad for them. Hope that they will change their service system and customer service style. more

Not a great service department 5/13/2005

We did not buy our Volkswagon here, but it was close by for us to send it in for service. They service staff was always too busy to explain what was happening with the car. It always took longer than they had estimated to get the repair or maintenaince work done. I would take my Volkswagon elsewhere to get serviced. more
