Made a stop here after a recommendation from a local while skiing in Vail last season and it definitely was an experience I won't forget.
When you walk in its definitely a laid back local type of establishment, but they welcome anyone with open arms. You sit down and are asked for your drinks and told that you can go to the salad bar, which is very simple yet fresh. After you get your salad, or before, whichever you prefer; You go to a butcher type cooler station, where you pick what you would like for dinner. You then return to your table, order side dishes and they bring your meat out to the table for you to grill on one of the few open fire style grills.
They have a accompaniment of marinades and seasonings that you can use during your cooking which are all good. When we returned from grilling, our sides were waiting for us and ready to chow down.
Nice atmosphere, fun way to dine out in a small quaint village outside of all the hustle and bustle of vail and beaver creek.
Pros: High Quality selection of Fish, Poultry and Meats
Cons: Rustic, Not for Lazy People
