I recently moved to Kansas City from Detroit and it was hard to find a good apartment complex. We viewed many before deciding to move to Minor Ridge. We have been very happy with the apartment and the area. Highly recomended to anyone looking for an apartment in south Kansas City.. more

So far this apartment complex has been great. I had read mixed reviews about the place but I found out a lot of them were tennants that got kicked for not paying. Its a really good complex. more

Gretchen was more than helpful and saved my girlfriend and I weeks of shoping for an apartment. She gave us all of the information we needed and showed us a few units. She also brought up great points that we didn't think about. more
