I'll start by saying that it is always scary to choose products for your home and companies to do work on your home. I am writing to help you make that decision! After obtaining several estimates for replacing windows in the condominium building I live in, it became very apparent that all 12 condo owners in my building liked what Minnesota Exteriors, Inc. (MEI) had to offer! We had a unanimous vote from the owners to use this company! It was a total pleasure working with our Salesperson, Brian Carlson, who was able to beat the competition and offer us great pricing on some great windows. The installers are very fast and very good. You will get the results you are looking for in no time! If anyone ever asks me for a referral on where to buy windows, I will always and forever recommend Minnesota Exteriors, Inc.! more

The siding on our home was damaged by a hail storm in August 2013. Our Minnesota Exteriors rep walked us through the claim process with our insurance company and took care of the paperwork.\r The installation crew did a great job, working in some very tough weather, to get the project completed. The siding looks great and we are very pleased with the result. more

Minnesota Exteriors, Inc. provided my family with an excellent experience from beginning to end. We had particularly great experiences with Kelly O'Brien, their knowledgable sales professional and Lorna Carlson, their customer service representative. My wife and I made numerous changes (we were rookies) to the color of the materials and the scope of the project. We were never met with any resistance and were only treated professionally and MEI was very responsive to our questions. We had a tight budget and MEI was willing to honor our limits. They never tried to pressure us into spending more than we could afford. Once we met Mr. O'Brien, it was immediately clear that he is a wealth of knowledge about the products and industry. He was willing to give us the time we needed to completely understand the process, time frame and cost. When the job was being performed, the workers were respectful of our property and offered to lend an extra hand with some of the prep work that was needed to get ready. \r \r After the roof was put on, we realized that we should have taken an old basketball hoop down first. When we finally did, it left a gap in the trim where the hoop was covering. Without hesitations, MEI sent out a crew a few months later to touch it up. Now, It looks great. \r \r In short, our experience with Minnesota Exteriors, Inc. exceeded expectations for quality and timeliness. Our home was re-sided by Minnesota Exteriors recently (Sept. 2013) the house looks great, and we were impressed with the work ethic of the crew doing the work. They were extremely hard-working and the finished product was fantastic. The staff and salesman (Bob) were excellent to work with. They answered any questions we had, provided some great recommendations about the siding and were right on, with the cost estimate. We definitely would recommend them for siding applications, the combination of vinyl siding with the LP Smart side siding was a great combination!! more

We had 6 different window companies come give us estimates and MEI was the cheapest by far. Plus the Lindsay windows they used were perfect for our house. They aren't the top of the line, but they are more than adequate for our neighborhood. Doug the sales guy was great to work with. MEI did an EXCELLENT job on my home. From start to finish I was very impressed with their service. I had a new roof put on as well as gutters. They were very professional and completed the job very quickly. The workmanship was superb and the clean-up was above average.
