I have requested refund of $728.00 that was charged to my card before shipment. After initial confirmation email, no correspondence without customer initiation. No one available to answer calls at company. Received email that they would refund if not shipped within next two days as requested, not shipped and then on the day refund was to be made, they sent email stating they were on vacation. Still have not received refund. Filed complaint with New York.
