Not Just Jewelry, So Much More 2/10/2011

I needed a unique gift and found it at the Miner's Den. Petoskey stone bookends for my daughter who moved out of town. Most people think all they do is diamonds. We were treated like other people said we would be, very well and we will go back again and again and again. more

Jewelry Repair 2/10/2011

I had a family piece that 5 other jewelers said could not be repaired. It is costume jewelry and VERY important to my family. Not only did the Miner's Den repair the item they met the needed deadline, our family reunion. This piece of jewelry was my mothers who passed during the holidays, it holds many memories and my family enjoyed being able to share them. Thank you Miner's Den, we will return. more

Good: My wife and I are long time, repeat customers because we find the service exceptional and the prices more than fair. What the store may lack in glitz and glamour it more than makes up with honesty and competence. Whether it's for simple or exquisite jewlery [or repairs] ... this IS the place to visit in the Detroit metro area.. more

Customer service is the name of the game at miner's den. When other jewelers couldn't do it, they did. A busy store so we had to wait our turn, but the wait is worth it! more

Poor customer service 3/29/2006

The Miners Den has a very large selection of jewelry in their store. It's quite a large store, which you can't really tell from the road. My now-husband and I visited the store when shopping for our wedding bands. We waited for 15 minutes and when no one came to us, we left. They seemed uninterested in us as customers. Granted, we were not dressed in furs, I'm sure we were both in jeans. I was glad we hadn't spent any money with this store. It's unfortunate, because it is a beautiful place. more
