I've traveled across The United States and also Japan, sampling sushi from every upscale japanese restaurant, to the small 10 person sushi bar and as far as Toledo goes, Fujiyama offers the absolute best sushi you will find. In fact, I have rarely ever tasted as fresh of seafood with such precise knive skills as they present at Fujiyama. As far as unagi goes, nothing I have ever tasted can rival the flavors their recipe exudes. GO HERE!!!!! Pros: Amazing sushi, especially the unagi. more

Freshest Sushi in town 4/11/2005

I have personally tried every Japenese/Sushi place in town and have found that Fujiyama had overall the finest quality, freshest fish and the most creative sushi chef's. more
