I have been going to Mimosa for over four years. I was a walk in for a waxing! That is where I found Gabby! She is fantastic. I only used her sub. , when she had her baby, once and pretty much decided to go elsewhere until Gabby returned. That girl is now gone! Good choice.\r Lionel does my hair. He is exceptional! My daughter and I have used several others and they are all talented! Could use any of them actually!\r Liz does my pedicures! She gives fantastic massages and I only need one once a month! \r I just love Mimosa and their products.\r \r more

Awesome haircut, best stylist, great environment 6/27/2008

Mimosa is a great haircut experience. You know what I mean ... What's better than to take a couple of hours and enjoy Hermosa, too! And the time in the chair isn't just about the haircut, either. I mean, I get to hang out for a few with some locals who can catch me up on what's happening in town AND when I leave I look and feel good. I usually time it around lunch so I can head to the beach and grab a bite afterwards. All in all, I'm pretty stoked when it's time for a haircut. Pros: Location, people, results. more

I just had the best experience at this chic salon in Hermosa Beach! 6/27/2008

I'm pretty picky when it comes to having my hair styled. I expect nothing less than perfection. I was THRILLED to come across Mimosa Salon and give it a try. (I previously had a horrendous experience at another salon and was in search of something new and fresh.) Mimosa did not disappoint. In fact, it's my new favorite spot for styling and cuts. It would not surprise me if other people have figured this out about Mimosa. The people are friendly and professional; they know their craft. You gotta get your hair done here.
