Worst

The usual, annoying saleman who doesn't listen and will try and sell me anything I can't really afford by saying he can make a 6 into a 9. This is how the forclosure mess happened...

The finance manager, Jim was really awesome. Everyone at the dealer was really great. She had a great experience. The dealer even provided a free car wash and a tank of gas. more

It was simple. You go up and drop off the car. They tell you they're going to call you when it will be done. You don't have to look for somebody. It's very easy. more

Eco-friendly :) 11/10/2009

I was driving a gas guzzler and was looking for something that was more eco-friendly and gas efficient. Having heard good things about the Insight, I looked around to see which dealer had it in stock and the price they were asking for it. Surprisingly(well not too surprised) the vehicle is in high demand so it would take awhile for most dealerships to refill their stock. Luckily, to my advantage, Miller Honda had one in stock! Even though it wasn’t the exact model I had wanted, they offered me a great price and even allowed me to trade in my vehicle. I am not driving eco-friendly, getting more bang for my buck with gas, and had a great experience at Miller Honda. more

A great surprise! 8/27/2009

I’ve driven by Miller Honda on Van Nuys many times and didn’t’ know until recently that they have two facilities. One for service and one for sales. And what I also didn’t realize was that their service facilities, which is HUGE by the way ( and on Sepulveda Blvd.), is stocked with the vast majority of their new cars. If I had known this, I would have gone to them earlier. Anyways, I recently went there to service my Honda and while I was waiting for them to complete my maintenance, I was able to check out the lot full of new cars. I’m extremely eager now to see what kind of deals I can get. I’ll report back one day when I check out their sales dept. As for now, this is just a review to let you know that they have two lots. more
