Installed a door for us 5/25/2016

We had bought a door and the guys over at Miller Custom Exteriors were the ones who installed it for us. The guy that they sent out was very courteous and professional and he got right to work installing our new door for us. You could really tell that he knew what he was doing because he took no time at all to put the door in. The door is working great and we have had no problems with it so that makes it worthy of five stars across the board in my opinion. more

They did a great job 5/24/2016

I thought that the guys over at Miller Custom Exteriors did a really great job for me recently. The guys were always on time and they did their work very quickly and efficiently like you would hope. When they were all finished they cleaned up very well after themselves and left nothing but their great work behind. I am very happy with their service and all the work that they did for me. I would definitely recommend them to anyone and everyone who is looking to get a little work done on the exterior of their home! more

Very pleased. 5/23/2016

We had a stone facade installed on our house, and it looks fabulous. We love it and we have received many compliments from our neighbors and friends. Doug was terrific. He was very helpful and offered us may good suggestions. The guys who did the installation were extremely hard working, diligent, and very nice. more

Satisfied with the work but not with the price. 5/18/2016

The guy from Miller Custom Exteriors who did the work was okay, but I thought their prices were awfully high. I had to have some brick re-pointed; it was something that had to be done, and I saw on their ad that it was something they did. I didn't know where else to ask so I called them. The worker who re-pointed the brick was fine, he did a good job, and his customer service was good. more

Metal Roof Installed 5/17/2016

Installed new metal roof (that looks like shingles) including tear-off of old roof. Included snow blocks, new pipe boots and exhaust fan vents. Everything was done in two days. The crew arrived early in the morning and worked all day, and were very professional. They addressed all of my concerns, installed extra ice guard in areas where snow builds up, and painted chimney cap at no extra charge. Very satisfied with new roof. more

Efficient 5/17/2016

They were very professional and accommodating, removing two layers or shingles and putting new ones on all in one day. Our new roof was the talk of the neighborhood and we are very pleased with the service we received. Our roof looks wonderful. more

the French door seemed to take a long time to arrive after ordering, However, when it did arrive, their installation team was super. Made sure the door fit properly and cleaned up. Product has done very well. more

Excellent Work, Service, and Products 5/13/2016

I recently had some four more double-hung windows replaced, and two large bay windows this past winter. A few years ago, I had my roof replaced with a new metal roof, along with new gutters with a leaf guard system, on both my house and detached garage. At the same time we had eleven of our double hung windows replaced that were installed when the house was built in 1988. They were double-pane glass but several had fogged from leaky seals. They have provided excellent service on the few issues that I had, which were mainly related to the extreme amount of snow we get in Chardon, Ohio. We have had many complements on our new roof and windows. I highly recommend Miller Custom Exteriors ! more

We have used Miller Custom Exteriors ' (mce) for several projects at our home siding, roof, gutters, windows and doors. each project has been done to our complete satisfaction. there employees are all friendly and very professional. they also do a good job of keeping the worksite clean and are careful not to damage anything at our home. more
