A neighbor who has a metal roof that was put on by Miller Custom Exterior referred me to them because they were very satisfied by the roof and the service they received. They said they were especially impressed with the cleanup after the job was completed. The first experience, of course, was meeting Sam. He is just delightful and very learned on what he does. I enjoyed having him in my home. He came whenever it was necessary to check in on whatever I might have called for. Then, the fact that the roof was a leaking one might have been what pushed this forward, because it sure was a quick job. I believe Miller Custom Exteriors probably put us ahead of other people because the roof was leaking. They came, saw the leak, and it was just a matter of two or three weeks. They came in one morning around 7 am, and I had to go away for the day. I came back just before 4 pm, the work was done, and they were all cleaned up. It was just amazing. My husband is the do-it-yourself type of person, so he was out there with them, and he came in and said, "I cannot believe how well they work and how much they know about what they're doing." He praised them all the time, and we told them that. Then, the next day, they came to install that spouting with the cover. Sam had suggested rhino steel, so the next day, on Thursday, an installer came back, and it was on in 45 minutes. He was excellent as well. Everyone was very nice and personable. It was a good experience, and I would recommend them to anybody. They do have more than one team, and we had Junior's team. I would recommend that crew to anybody. They are just quiet, sweet guys. They were up working, and they only came down if they had questions. It was a really good experience. more

We have a very old home, with lots of detail in in, and Miller Custom Exteriors took the time to form the siding and did excellent with it. They were very courteous and cleaned up afterwards. They worked with us and kept us informed. I have nothing bad to say about them. It was a very good experience, well worth the money. They put a scale roof on our house as well. The salesman were courteous and stopped in several times to keep us aware of their progress. We had no problems with the owners, and the work was top-notch. more

Miller Custom Exteriors did a metal roof, steel siding, and metal gutter helmets for our house and garden house as well. Everything turned out beautiful, we're over the moon with the transformation we've had. They were very precise and personal, and very willing to hear our suggestions or answer any questions. They didn't work normal hours, sometimes they would pull out of our driveway at 7 at night after working all day. We considered them family, they were at our house working for 3 months. more

I have probably recommended Miller Custom Exteriors to 12 people, and 10 of them have used them. Number one, they did extremely good work. Number two, they cleaned up as they went along. No nails or mess were left lying around for days and days and days. Everything fit well, and they prepared for everything, so it wasn't installed haphazardly. Like for example, the roof piping pieces at the end were all the same measurement, not just the leftovers. They were all just very professional. I have a 150 year old home, and the shingles were decaying away. They took all the shingles off, and the rafters were warped and bent, so they straightened those out. Everything came together fine. Another part of the house is the family room and garage, which were built within my lifetime. They raised the roof to match the twelve-eights pitch of the original roof, and then I had them install new spouting and downspouts. They did a great job on that. Then, they also replaced the lightning rods we had had installed 15 years ago. I have recommended them to a lot of people who have used them on my recommendation. After they came out to see the work on my house, they contracted them to do more work. There is nothing ill I could say about them. Sam was my salesman, and he was extremely helpful and nice. In fact, we have become friends just in the time since he has been here. more
