Atho I have been going there for 25 years I find the prices a little more than what I feel they should.be Prices to spay and neuter should be affordable for everyone concerned. They tend to throw in a lot of little charges that people don't understand they can say no too. My animals always come out different mentally than when they went in. As for the vets and compassion they are the best in town. they know the animal and the owner and most of all the y listen and answer all questions Please be as compassionate about what we can afford as you are to animals receving the treatment. more

Our vet that we used for our three animals was Dr. Church who works at this clinic. He is an AMAZING vet and is extremely compassionate and caring towards all of our animals.\r \r Unfortunately, this clinic routinely neglected to disclose fees to us until after the fact when it was time to pay. This happened on approximately 2-3 occassions and even when I stated that I could not go above a certain amount and to be contacted if my bill was approaching it - I still never received a call but I sure did get a bill that was near double my stated ability to pay.\r \r When we had to put our dog down, we were asked if we wanted to be present with her. I stated that yes, we did. When my husband went to pick up her ashes a few days later, we were CHARGED to be present! What?! We were never once notified there would be a charge to be present with our dog as she was put down. Additionally, the total fees for putting her down and a private cremation were near 300 dollars for a 25 pound dog. (Average more

We have a Shiba Inu and he is now 11. They take such great care of him. We do his annual well visits. They also, do great bathes and teeth care. We also board him on occasion and he seems to like it. Great place! more

I have my two dogs that go here and each time they were treated with excellent and professional service. The vets took the time to explain everything that was being done to your pets. My dog had surgery done and everything was done professionally and when I compared the price to other vets in the area they were very competitive. A+ in my book. more

I had my cat for 15 years and she suffered from Kidney failure. She was suffering terribly, so my husband and I made the difficult decision to have her put to sleep. We went to the Mill Creek Animal Clinic, which was the clinic she had been cared for the last few years of her life. They treated are decision with respect and dignity, and made the whole process of putting my cat to sleep a calm and serene one. They were very professional and caring in the way they took care of the death of our cat. more
