What a gem! I can't believe it took us so long to find this place. They have been in Hixson for over three years. The Chicken Alfredo was to die for. Home made...right to order sauces. You can tell the difference ..this is no chain. The pizza was GREAT. Hand tossed....the sauce was BURSTING with flavor. The place is beautiful as well. Very friendly staff. Also, What a nice neigborhood bar feel they have in the next room. The cool thing is we sat at the bar after dinner and had a margarita topped of with sangria...FANTASTIC....to watch a little of the karoake show that was beginning. WOW...not your cheesy karoake bar hang out....we stayed all night...the talent at this place is AMAZING. We had a great experience at MILANO'S. We will be back!!!!! This place does NOT rank up there for Italian in the Chattanooga area. We even gave it more than 1 chance. However, the food was cold, terrible service, we were about the only ones in the entire restaurant and the place had a MUSTY smell to it! I would NOT suggest for pizza, greek, italian cuisine. Some of the local chain restaurants are MUCH BETTER. I am not one to complain, but this was awful!!! more

Oh, WOW! Is all I said visiting Milanos. We walked in, the warm setting and beautiful art work caught my eye. The chipper staff greeted us and brought us to a quiant candle lit booth. We orded Saganaki, "flaming cheese" from Greece It was fun. We then ordered Chicken Santorini and Tour of Italy. They were amazing, the Tour had, lasagne, chicken parmasean, and manicotti, the Chk Santorini, was portabela mushrooms, procuttio, capers, in a creamy sauce, it was to die for. For desert was Tirimisu and black tie cheese cake. After dinner, we went to the other side of the restaurant and sat at the beautiful granite top bar, had drinks and caught the game from a big screen TV. It was the most pleasing restaurant experience ever! The ambiance, food, staff, music. I go back often. If you haven't been to Milan's I suggest you go go go. Pros: Ambiance, Food, Deserts Cons: None more
