Mikrut, Elizabeth, Md - Med Fast Medical Clinic

We have been using Dr Mikruit for five years now. She is thorough, attentive and listens. I have been referred to specialists when needed, and have ALWAYS gotten relief, whether from a bladder infection, back strain or respiratory infection. I find that she is conservative in her treatments and does not over prescribe. When our insurance changed and we could not use her any longer, I was extremely disappointed but paid cash to see her. Thankfully we have a new insurance plan that she accepts. I LOVE her staff, they are friendly and competent. As a nurse I highly recommend Dr Mikruit and her staff. more

Well...We visited Dr. Mikrut because she was close and convenient. However, I need to tell you why we weren't heartbroken when our insurance changed and no longer covered Dr. Mikrut... 1 - unneeded X-rays were of concern to us 2 - urine samples are collected in styrofoam cups (no lids) and passed through a window directly in the triage room 3 - triage room is open (with divider curtains) which allows sound to carry very well...and there's just no telling what you might hear coming from the nice leather recliner next to you. :-) 4 - I personally think she over prescribes meds. She sure does cure our illnesses, and she is very willing to give as many medicine samples as she has (which means she is being shmoozed by drug reps all the time), but we always walked out of her office with an armful of meds that we never got before we saw her and haven't gotten since. Is she busy? Yep! Why? I certainly cannot think it's because people respect her professional opinion so much that they are willing to wait for an hour to be seen. I think that people wait because they don't have to make an appointment. She does have a beautiful bedside manner and we LOVE the fact that she hires firefighters to work as triage nurses. All in all, we enjoyed our time there, but are happier with who we have now...appointments and all. more

I like her a lot. My wife had been to a couple doctors over a year or so trying to get rid of an upper respiratory infection. She finally went to see doctor Mikrut and was ok within a week. I'm about to go see her now. I would highly recommend going to see Dr Mikrut over any other doctor I have seen. BTW - I don't understand how the previous reviewer and can say in his headline ""“good doctor but a long wait”, then say ""she is a very bad doctor I ever seen!!!!!!!!!!!!"" in the review. Yes the wait can be a little long, but in my opinion it's worth it!! The wait is long because there are so many people who trust her and want to see her. I have never waited more then 45 minutes, and for a walk in patient with a waiting room full of people I don't think that's too bad. I've had to wait longer then that when I've had an appointment at other doctors. more

she is just for money, not for people. She doesn't care about how you feel, only what kind of insurance you have. Very bad personality and her service. I think, she is the worse doctor, I ever seen. Dont go there, it is waste of your time and money.!!!! Pros: nothing for pros Cons: terrible service, bad personality, long waiting more
