I bought an old Jeep and noticed a leak the next day. They got it right in, found the leak, and I went ahead with the repair. Once the repair was complete, they found another issue when they were checking the work. Though that could be upsetting, I was happy that they did the check, or else it could have become a much bigger issue. Quality work, and they are nice guys, too. more

Everytime we need work done to our vehicles I take comfort in knowing that Mike & his crew will always do what needs to be done and do it correctly. They aren't the type of shop that is always upselling additional products & repairs that aren't needed to juice you for more money, always honest & fair and unfortunately these days thats becoming more & more rare. Its good to know you are in good hands, especially when its in reference to a vehicle that carries special cargo such as your wife & children. WONT GO ANYWHERE ELSE! more

I like the honesty and integrity conveyed to me when having work performed. Never do I feel I'm being pressured to have work done that doesn't need to be done. Everything was done to my satisfaction but it took @ 2 1/2 hours which I thought was a little long, especially when waiting for work to be completed. Also, I noticed redeemable coupons "after" the work was performed which I could have used at the time. Hmm! more

Quick and Professional 12/8/2016

As a busy business owner, my time is important. I was passing by and decided to stop in to set up an appointment for an oil change. They were busy but took my truck in and changed the oil right away. Normally I would sit in a waiting room for an hour just before my truck was brought in to be serviced. I'm used to waiting in line for such a service. But they saw that I had customers contacting me and had me out the door within 15 minutes of me pulling in their lot. They also informed me of a free roadside assistance. They know their customers and their cars. I will be bringing all my future needs to their garage. more

I have been to Mike's garage to keep an older vehicle functioning. He is consistently able to work miracles with this car and has so much integrity. He is honest and says what doesnt need fixing as well as what does. The customer service here is consistently excellent . I am grateful for finding Mike's Performance and recommend him highly! more
