The experiences vary so much! When I first visited this shop, they were very nice. I purchased a dwarf hamster and the woman at the counter was very friendly and she gave me all kinds of good information on the animal. I returned several times buying supplies and such. Still good. Then one day I came in to purchase a puppy. I was eyed warily, because I had a pad of paper and was writing down what it was roughly going to cost. One of the women actually came over and rudely asked what I was doing and I informed her that I had to see what the cost of the animal and all the supplies would cost before my parents would let me purchase the dog. That isn't a horrible thing to do is it? I ended up buying a pet from a reputable breeder instead, but still I purchased some supplies from there and they were back to being very pleasant again. All around, I guess I would suggest them, but there aren't very many other pet shops around here anyway.
